UK Standard mainland delivery is £3.99 per consignment. (No additional charges for 2 or more rugs, as long as the rugs are bought together so that we can ship them as one parcel)

Our Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland delivery services includes the following postcodes: IV3 - IV 56, IV63, BT (ALL), KW1 - 17, PA20 - 42, PH19 - 40, PH60, IM (ALL), KY15, KY17, PA60 - PA62, PA 77 - PA78, HS (ALL), ZE (ALL), PH41 - 44, KA27 - 28, PO30 -41.

We do not deliver to Jersey (JE POST CODE), Guernsey (GY POST CODE), PO BOXES, Restricted Areas (BF POST CODE)

Note:

  • We cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
  • Postage charges cover delivery to one address.
  • Cancelled order once dispatched will incur a £10 return courier fee.


Most rugs will be delivered within 5 working days from date of purchase. In some instances in may take longer depending on your post code Please allow 10 workings days for delivery before contacting us.

All of our rugs are sent via a professional courier service and need to be signed for, we can also send to a work address or we can ask the courier to leave in a safe place, but this invalidates the transit insurance.

Please make sure goods are in good condition and not damaged before signing for them. Once signed for you are releasing the courier from any transit insurance liability. If there are any signs of damage, please do not sign for the items & contact us immediately.
