Our products are shipped within 3-5 business days, and we offer international shipping. Please note, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

The refund policy states that approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, and only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, not sale or clearance items.

Items ordered online can be picked up at our designated store location after receiving a pickup confirmation email and a valid ID for verification. Pickup hours are between 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
